5 Rhythms Drop-in Class with Rose Ramsay
5 Rhythms is a creative and dynamic movement practice with no steps to learn.
In this class we will follow our feet into the beat, releasing the dancer that lives in every one of us. Everybody welcome including experienced dancers, newcomers and people with two left feet.
Date: Friday 1st September, 7pm – 9.15pm

Price: £11/£9/£7 (WAGED, LOW WAGED, UNWAGED)
No booking necessary, just turn up before 7pm ready to move and be moved by great music. Please bring drinking water with you.
About the tutor: Rose Ramsay has been dancing 5Rhythms since 2003, and has been an accredited teacher since 2011.
