Ludus Dance is delighted to announce that LYDC, their flagship youth dance company, has been selected to perform in the New Dimensions strand of the U Dance National Festival.
They will perform their newest work Back to the Workhouse? choreographed by Lindsey Brocklebank. The piece is a topical dance theatre work aimed at engaging young people in political debate. Young people aged 18-25 are statistically less likely to vote at the polls. The dancers hope their piece will provoke discussion and therefore political engagement among this age group.
FUNDRAISING
