ARTS AWARD

ARTS AWARD  is an acredited framework for young people who want to learn and develop their artistic skills.  

At Ludus Dance, we deliver Arts Award as part of our participatory dance programme to enable young people to broaden their understanding of the arts and gain a recognised qualification for the activities they have undertaken.

There are no entry requirements, no time limits and no set rules! You just need to be under 25, and have the desire to learn more about the arts.

Arts Award has 5 levels and 4 accredited, nationally recognised qualifications. 

Discover – Entry Level
Explore – Accredited Level 1
Bronze – Accredited Level 2
Silver - Accredited Level 3
Gold - Accredited Level 4

Each award level follows a similar framework that young people can:

learn an art form

share it with others

watch live performances and discuss their merit

develop leadership skills

find out about how arts organisations and artists work
