Reflective moments: State of Flux

State of Flux banner

Spanning the past two years, State of Flux is a project which uses the arts to support mental health and wellbeing.

The young people, who started the project disengaged and withdrawn, became engaged in the project and the creative process it involved. The progress made during our time with them was wonderful to see!

Smiles, laughter and increased participation became common in our sessions with young people during the State of Flux project.

Time and again it was demonstrated how engaging in creative respite reduced tension for the young people we worked with.

Visit the State of Flux Celebration Website, a digital space that platforms the creativity of the young people we’ve had the opportunity to work with over the past 2 years on the project. The videos below are a taster of creativity.
