When you pay for any of our services online, you will also be asked to sign a consent form at reception the first time you arrive for your class.
When you purchase a ticket, book classes or buy a gift voucher through the reception office your name, address, email, ethnicity and contact number will be stored in an Excel spreadsheet and you will be asked to sign a consent form allowing us to hold this data. We use this data to provide points of contact in an emergency and on occasion support our funding bids/reports. You may, purchase a ticket or pay for a class in person without supplying the aforementioned personal data. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent and we aim to ensure that there are appropriate physical, technical and managerial controls in place to protect your personal details. We will keep your personal data for no longer than is necessary and for the purposes for which it is processed, in accordance with our internal data protection policies.
We may share anonymised information with other organisations, particularly Arts Council England, who use this to analyse our audience development programmes and self-generated funding to understand the impact of the public investment made in Ludus Dance.
