"At ludus I feel free to be myself"

One participant had highlighted how dancing with Ludus really allowed her to be comepletly free from expectations and to embrace play and creativity.

We introduced play and improvisation to traditionally trained participants. This allowed them to bring their style and technique and experiment with it in the freedom of improvisation scores. An example of this is how we created solos and then played with them on-site during filming to create group phrases.

The participants gained skills in improvisation, collaboration, site specfic performance and filmmaking.
