The performance itself harnessed a message both the joy and power experienced from a connected community. Told through the story of two light aliens playing with light - who quickly discover the limit in our resources as they run out of energy and begin to'power down'. Our community cast of young people work together to regnerate power and share it with the aliens - powering them back up to rejoin in the play, celebrations and joy of new found community. 

We look forward to contributing to Light up Lancaster again next year!
