Ludus Dance is moving into an exciting phase of growth and development and we’re looking to recruit a dynamic business development professional to join the team.
A newly developed post, the Business Development and Fundraising Manager (BDFM) will act as lead for delivering all aspects of Ludus Dance’s fundraising activities, primarily through the diversification of income streams.

We are looking for an experienced business development professional with a strong vision for nurturing high quality arts based initiatives by translating artistic ideas into a language suitable for a variety of funders.
Working with an experienced team of dance, marketing and administrative professionals, you will be part of a creative and dynamic organisation that works hard to inspire and connect with all sections of the community, developing and delivering a range of high quality dance projects and initiatives. We believe that taking part in high quality dance activity can be a life changing experience.
Salary: Up to £28,000 pro rata depending on experience. Contract permanent.
Hours: 30 hours (4 days) per week, flexible
