As Ludus Dance moves into the next planning and development stage of our work we are looking for an Artistic Director & CEO. Reporting to the Board and working closely with the Business Development and Fundraising Manager, the Artistic Director and CEO role offers a highly desirable opportunity to lead a dynamic and progressive organisation.
Salary: Up to £35,000 pro-rata (depending on experience)
Hours of work: 30 hours a week
Base: Ludus Dance, Assembly Rooms, King Street, Lancaster, LA1 1RE
Period of contract: Permanent

You will possess the entrepreneurial imagination and strategic business planning knowledge to progressively take the organisation forward, whilst ensuring the organisation’s security and stability. You will combine artistic vision with commercial awareness, outstanding communication skills and first class people management skills.
